4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share data only with:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems and third-party providers.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

8. Children's Data

HIROSCORE serves students who may be under 18. We take the privacy of minors seriously. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to provide the service, we do not serve advertising to users under 18, and we do not sell data of users under 18. Parents and guardians may request access to or deletion of their child's data by contacting privacy@hiroscore.com.
