Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your HIROSCORE account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to request deletion.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

⚠ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, focus areas and data will be lost. If you wish to use HIROSCORE again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.

What we may retain

In limited circumstances we may retain certain data after deletion where required by law or for legitimate security purposes:

How to delete your account

Option 1 — From within the app

Open HIROSCORE
Launch the app on your device.

Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon → Settings.

Select Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion
Follow the confirmation steps. Your account will be deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, email us directly and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Send your deletion request to

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm once deletion is complete.

Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of your child's account, please email privacy@hiroscore.com with the subject line "Child Account Deletion Request". Include your child's account email address and confirm your relationship. We will process the request within 30 days.
